Intensive Spanish Courses

• Daily classroom instruction lasts for three or four hours, (More or less hours of classes can be arranged).
  
  
• These classes include exercises designed to improve grammar and oral and written communication.
  
  
• Teachers will determine the studentŽs ability in Spanish and assure proper placement.
  
  
• Specially designed instructional materials are provided for each level.
  
  Each dayŽs instruction is divided into 2 sessions, taught by a different teacher.

Session 1:
Grammar, focusing on the structure and uses of the different verb tenses.

Session 2:
General grammar and vocabulary, focusing on conversational use of the language.

Both sessions stress conversation between the teacher and students, with written exercises given as homework, all appropriate to each studentŽs level.

Students receive a textbook that outlines basic grammar and everyday vocabulary. Teachers will provide complementary material as needed.

 

When do we start the courses?

You are welcome to start your courses any Monday all year round.

Week by week you will be placed in to a higher level until you reach your personal goal.

If you canŽt start on Monday, you are welcome to start on any day during the week, weŽll find the right class for you. (youŽll only pay for the days you take classes). Some students can only study for 2,3 or 4 days, this is why we have this option.

Holidays:The school is open all year, we only close for two days(December 25th, January 1st).

Courses

• You can study with us (one week or for as long as you wish).
  
  
• Courses offered to everyone (children, young people, adults).
  
  
• Maximum five students per class.
  
  
• Private lessons available.
  
  
• For travelers: Verbs and vocabulary focusing on practical situations they face daily and when they are traveling, plus grammar points which need to be learned to help students to understand how to build a sentence structure.
  
  
• Special courses: you are probably willing to learn more about culture, medicine and many other topics. Please let us know which topic youŽll like to learn about, and weŽll be very happy to help you with this.

     Notes:

It's very important to mention once again, that we start courses every Monday. The classes and levels go by the week, this helps each student to advance weekly.

Remember that you are welcome to start any Monday for a week or as many weeks as you wish.

Don't worry about starting on a specific Monday, remember that you'll move into a higher level weekly.

• WeŽll ask you to complete a form which shows the different topics our program covers, and then according to the topics you have or have not learned, weŽll find a class for you.
  
  
• As you know a test is not always the best way to know about your level, so once you are in the class or after this, we will make sure that the class is fine for you and you feel comfortable.
  
  
• If the class is either difficult or easy for you, weŽll be very happy to place you in a different class.
  
  
• The placement test will take place at school at 8:30 a.m. or at 10:00 a.m. depending on your class hours.
