All
my teachers were terrific, all of them gave the perfect combination of
instruction and conversation. All of them are truly interesting, kind
and very smart. I showed up at Amigos del Sol on a Tuesday morning with
no idea what to expect, I was immediatly welcome into a small class. For
the next 10 days, I studied with an interesting and funny group of students
and teachers with a variety of backgrounds, ages, experiences.

Amigos
del Sol was a very relaxed and comfortable place to study Spanish. I appreciate
the flexibility, patience and humor of the teachers! they were patiente
and comfortable to work with. The best part of all, however, was the small
class size. I came to work specifically on grammar and I learned a lot!
thank you!

Amigos del Sol was recommended tome by past students. I was the only student
at my level, and could not have learned any more, any faster than I did.
My teachers had a firm grip on the materials, they are skilled instructors
with a friendly, personal touch. I had a wonderful experience, and would
return to this school specifically for further study. I was very happy with
all my teachers, topics covered and the structure of the schedule.
Elisabeth Alsen,(Social

- On
my first day at school I did not know any Spanish at all. But already after
one week I learned to know what a beatiful language Spanish is. I am a really
slow person when it cames to learning new languages, but at this school
I learned to understand the language even though I did not speak it that
well. The teachers are brilliant and know how to communicate with their
students, they have an easy way of teaching their students and they´re
understanding and patient. The classes were interesting and fun.

I
have had a great time at Amigos del Sol, my friend and I came here for three
weeks, and I think we learned a lot. The classes were good and the teachers
too, they are very flexible and eager to make us learn and understand. The
staff is really helpful and always tries to make sure that the students
are pleased with their classes and the teacher, if not, they try to make
it better.

I
enjoyed my classes a lot, I used what I learned while travelling a lot.
It´s great that the teachers are so young and well prepared, it feels
mor like "amigos" than like in a school. I can recommend the school,
I am sad that I don´t have more time than a week to study.

Amigos del Sol was the perfect learning environment for me. My brother and
his wife(both teachers) and their two children had studied here for several
months, so I knew in advance where I wanted to study during my time in Oaxaca.
It gave me the opportunity to progress at my own pace, with enough informality
to be truly enjoyable, while providing me with the structure I needed to
truly advance my understanding and profiency. I couldn´t be more pleased!

All
my teachers I had were excellent. They are both good-humored and patient,

enjoyed learning Spanish at Amigos del Sol. The classes are fast-paced and
the school works hard to create a fun, informal atmosphere.

I really enjoyed my lessons at Amigos del Sol. I loved the relaxed, friendly
atmosphere, I liked the fact that the staff got along so well, had fun together,

As
a student at Amigos del Sol, I received personal attention which assisted
me in learning Spanish. Rogelio Allowed me to design my own schedule and

to speak so much better, although now I have a strong start.

I had three teachers, all three were always prepared for class, they were
intelligent, informative, friendly, and had a clear understanding of how
to teach. They all showed an interest in who I am as a person, and as a
student. I enjoyed them very much!!
All aspects of the school "Amigos del Sol" were more than satisfactory.
The location, the size of the classrooms, inside and outside, the director
and the personal, and specially the instructors made it possible for me
to learn Español in a relaxed and efficient way. It is a school that
puts the students needs first. I am eager to return next year.

- I
had a good experience at the school. The teachers and staff are all very
friendly and helpful. I liked being able to study for a couple of weeks,
leave for a week at the beach, and then come back to study at the school
again with no problems. My classes were small and just right for my level.
The cost of the classes is very economical, and there is no registration
fee. The quality is very good for the price. I learned a lot at Amigos del
Sol. I´m sorry that I couldn´t study longer than five weeks
there this year.

I
thought the teachers and the classes were excellent, I liked having two
teachers. I enjoyed everything about Amigos del Sol. Everything was well
organized and friendly. The classes were small and progressed at a confortably
challenging pace. I feel like I learned a lot this week. Both in and out
of class, teachers and fellow students were helpful and encouraging when
I spoke Spanish. Finally, my homestay was also excellent. The family was
friendly, the food was delicious and the bed was comfortable.

- The
school is very good, the teachers are very knowledgeable, and mede me feel
comfortable right away. As soon as we walked in Marco greated us with a
great smile. I think learning a new language it´s important to be
made to feel comfortable, and the gang at Amigos del Sol did that and more!!
Thanks to all for a great week.

Teachers
well prepared and dynamic, the book is perfectly structured and useful.
Good

- We
both felt the teachers were well prepared each day and knowledgeable. They
constantly monitored how each student was doing and adjusted the teaching
so everyone could learn at his/her own pace.We
had a wonderful learning experience during our week at the school! The atmosphere
is warm and friendly, the classes are small, and each day there was a variety
of activities that held our attention and helped us learn. Both the director
and the teachers were well atuned to the needs of the students, adn there
was flexibility in the placement of each person at their appropiate level.
Also, we would highly recommend the homestay!

I
came to the school with no Spanish at all. I was extremely pleased with
how much progress I made in one week. This was due to two excellent teachers
who were very patient and encouraging. The school was very friendly and
I would highly recommed it to anyone wanting to learn Spanish in Mexico.
Andrea Morgan,(Accountant)

- The
teachers I had are superlative: patient, caring, encouraging, wonderful
teachers. I knew so little Spanish at the beginning of my one week here
that it was embarassing to me. All three of my teachers worked with me and
in one week I was able to carry a simple conversation with my homestay family.
The first day or two, I felt overwhelmed and it is a credit to Amigos del
Sol that I was able to persevere. This Spanish language school has my highest
recommendation. Plan three weeks or more if you possible can.

All
my teachers were very excellent. I enjoyed every class I was in, learning

- In
general the experience was very positive. When I began, I knew no Spanish
at all. In the first few days I felt I would never learn because of the
complexity of the verb structures in Spanish. Within three weeks I began
to think in Spanish, and by the end of 17 days, I knew enough to travel
easily in Mexico. For a man 69 years old, that is remarkable. The teachers
are friendly, answer questions well, are patient when necessary and adjust
well to the needs of the students. The intercambio is also very useful.
We hope to return next year.

everyone. The teachers and staff are very friendly and relaxed. I liked

Susan Watterson, (Chef/Instructor),USA.

time passed very quickly, while I learned and enjoyed.

The
teachers and the classes were wonderful, I had an excellent experience
at Amigos del Sol. I came into the school already speaking some Spanish
and was able to review what I had already learned and also learn new things.
The teachers were creative and flexible, and I had a program that really
focused on my needs. I also learned more about mexican culture and Oaxaca,
